Floating Down Stream

It’s a quiet time
it’s a lulling time
the kind of time
you sit back
and wait to see
what happens
not the time to make things
happen
it’s a time to go with the flow
cause the flows gonna go
anyways
so might as well
go along for the ride
and not struggle
against the current
...that never works out.
